Running sustainable business

Increasing demand for environmentally friendly products manufactured with a minimum of harmful chemicals and from raw materials harvested in a responsible way present new business opportunities for Nobia.
Nobia has a fundamental responsibility to develop and maintain a sustainable business. The Group’s sustainability effort includes three main areas:
- Economic impact
- Social impact
- Environmental
Nobia’s key stakeholders are its customers, employees, owners, suppliers and business partners. The relationship with these stakeholders is crucial for a successful sustainability effort. Nobia employees and partners shall in their work comply with the ethical principles described in the company's Code of Conduct.
Nobia’s manufacturing and distribution takes place mainly in Europe. Nobia thus has most of its operations in countries that generally has come a long way in terms of business ethics, human rights and work conditions.
Nobia strives to sell products that meet both customer needs and environmental aspects. The Group further seeks to reduce the environmental impact by limiting the use of hazardous chemicals, economising on resources, introducing more efficient heating systems, and optimising transportation.
