Auditors
At the Annual General Meeting held on 31 March 2011, KPMG AB, with Auditor in Charge Helene Willberg, was re-elected the company’s auditors to hold office until the end of the 2012 Annual General Meeting. The interaction of the auditors with the Board is described under the work of the Board of Directors. Nobia’s purchases of services from this firm, in addition to audit assignments, are described in Note 5 in the 2010 Annual Report.
