Since Nobia was formed in 1996, active business strategies have turned losses into profits. Companies have been sold off and others acquired, which has turned Nobia into Europe's leading kitchen company. We aim to continue growing, both by enhancing efficiency and making acquisitions. The Nobia Group works with more than 20 strong brands in many European countries. We are organised in eight business units, which manufacture and/or sell kitchens in various markets. Sales are conducted mainly through our own kitchen studios and franchised showrooms, which are now about 660 in number. Business-to-business relationships also represent a significant share of sales in nearly all of the business units.
We coordinate production and purchasing within the Nobia family, and our focus on kitchens also means that our business units can benefit from each other's knowledge, experience and best practices. This allows us to get better at what we do, ultimately benefiting both our customers and ourselves.
Our strategies have lead to increased profitability for the existing business, as well as demonstrated scalability and synergies through the rapid integration of the companies acquired.
