Nobia's ongoing organisational change has two purposes: Making the offerings to customers more attractive and the brands distinct, and fully capitalising on Nobia's size.
Effecitve 2010, Nobia will be divided into two general units, Commercial and Operations. Commercial will develop customer relations by using attractive, scalable concepts and a distinct brand strategy. Operations will optimise the product range, production, sourcing and logistics for the entire Group.
Nobia's staff functions will support Commercial and Operations and facilitate and simplify processes.
The company's entrepreneurial strength will be retained in its brands which serve as the driving forces in the Commercial division.
Through Operations, Nobia will be industrialised throughout the value chain to strengthen the competitiveness of the brands.
The process has already started and the change programme is scheduled to be in place from 2010 to 2014.
