Sales

Sales people are crucial to our success. The ability to drive and deliver consistently outstanding sales results, as well as high levels of customer service are valued in Nobia. Many sales opportunities exist within the Group selling directly to consumers or being part of business-to-business sales teams. If this is of interest to you, the roles to further investigate are: retail sales, kitchen designers, showroom advisors, interior design advisors, account managers and customer service.

Production and logistics

We are proud of all our factories that manufacture quality kitchens. We therefore need committed and dedicated co-workers in the factories who value quality and service. If you have the skills and experience and would like to consider job opportunities within our production areas, the positions to explore are: line manager, factory manager, team member and driver.

Product and range development

Another key element to being successful in a competitive market is developing innovative products with high quality. We pride ourselves on being known as the kitchen specialist. At the heart of this is having products we are proud to sell. We must always ensure that we review and develop the product offering we have, making sure that we know what our customers want and what is happening in the marketplace. We must remain innovative and one step ahead of our competitors. Our product and range development team has a central function in Nobia, providing support to all our companies across the Group. 

Purchasing

Our central purchasing team is crucial to our success. Our lead buyers develop strong relationships with our key suppliers and ensure we have quality products and services at the right prices throughout the Nobia Group. 

Supporting the business

In order for our core business to be as efficient as possible, the Group has a number of supporting roles for expert individuals and teams. Roles within these teams vary from IT infrastructure to human resources, from database experts to financial control, from logistics to business development, marketing and communication.

Nobia locations

The Nobia head office is located in Stockholm, Sweden. Our operational and commercial units extend throughout Europe but our main operations are found in Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Norway, Sweden and the UK.
