Nobia: Bodil Eriksson to resign from Nobia Board

Bodil Eriksson has, at her own request, decided to resign from the Board of Directors of Nobia AB effective 1 September 2012, since her Board assignment cannot be combined with her new role as Senior Vice President, Public Affairs at Volvo Personvagnar AB.

Nobia would like to express its gratitude to Bodil Eriksson for her valuable contributions and commitment over the nine years that she has served as a member of the Board.

In accordance with the company's Articles of Association, the Nobia Board of Directors is to comprise not fewer than three and not more than nine members elected by the Annual General Meeting. Following Bodil Eriksson's resignation, the Board will comprise seven members elected by the Meeting. Proposals on the election of Board members will be submitted to the 2013 Annual General Meeting by the Nomination Committee.
