New design centre
Nobia opened a new design centre in Darlington in late 2015, which means that Nobia now has two design centres in connection to its production facilities. The first design centre was opened in Tidaholm in June 2015.
Followed by the opening of the centre in Darlington, a product expo took place at the new facilities.
"The product design centres allow us to focus resources, research and insight on developing the next generation of kitchen offers. The Expo events are a good chance for us to meet and share our work with our commercial colleagues and other stakeholders – to showcase our product development themes, first kitchen concept thoughts and what's in the pipeline for coming launch windows," says Nick Corlett, Executive Vice President, Sourcing and Product Management.
