The Committee also has the task of making decisions on the President's proposals regarding remuneration and other employment terms for the managers who report to the President.
Furthermore, the Committee submits proposals to the Annual General Meeting regarding principles for remuneration and other employment terms for senior executives and monitors and evaluates the ongoing programmes for variable remuneration to senior executives, and the programmes concluded during the year, and the implementation of the Annual General Meeting's decision on guidelines for remuneration to senior executives.
