New test store in Norway

The new Sigdal store in Molde, Norway, is Nobia’s first omnichannel pilot store, offering the visitors a more inspiring experience.

Nobia's new store concept is based on consumer insight and will make it easier for the customer to get started and make purchase decisions. Consumers want to be empowered. Collaboration tools, inside the store and online, will enable customers to do more on their own while simultaneously having access to the expertise of kitchen designers whenever they need it.

The test store in Molde is much smaller than a regular kitchen store, which enables a very central location. It has a welcoming and inspiring environment with a studio feel, inviting the customers to stay longer and experience the products in new ways, both digitally and physically.

"We have cooperated centrally and locally and learnt a lot throughout this project, which will feed into the work with additional test stores in other markets. This summer, Magnet will open a test store in London and a couple of months later HTH will follow suit in Copenhagen", says Kim Lindqvist, Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer.
